ASL requires a business administrator to join its growing sales team. The candidate will be required to estimate, cost plan, survey and project manage a variety of different contracts through out the commercial and construction sectors. Experience in the door industry and construction project management is very desirable.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks or projects to deadline and / or budget
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Investigate and resolve contractual issues and disputes
- Good relationship management with both colleagues and clients
- To build on the existing established client relationships.
Automatic Door Engineer
An opportunity has risen for an Auto door engineer to join a dynamic team expanding its product portfolio.
Applicant must have a minimum of 2 year experience and hold a full driving licence.
Auto Door Qualifications essential, CSCS Card, IPAF, SSSTS would be an advantage. The successful candidate will be installing and repairing auto doors, roller shutters other specialist doors.
Sites will vary from new build construction sites and blue chip companies through to retro fit to existing buildings.
Normal working hours 8.00am – 5.00pm with overtime readily available for eager candidates. Hourly rate dependant on ability, qualifications and experience.
